ORGANIZING AND HOLDING PRESS EVENTS AT 2ND INTERNATIONAL TIGER FORUM 2022

The 2nd International Tiger Forum press centre is a modern, interactive venue offering a comfortable working environment for the media. The Forum’s press centre is located in buildings G and D of the Far Eastern Federal University (the International Broadcast Centre is located in building D).

Rooms for press events

Briefing hall

Total area: 166 m2
Location: press centre (Building G, level 4)
Capacity: 28 seats, 3-seat panel area
Equipment: conference system, wireless microphones, simultaneous interpretation equipment, room for speakers, plasma screen, laptop for presentations, prompter monitor for the panel area, speaker platform, lighting equipment.

Cost: 45-minute slot: RUB 120,000 (including VAT)

Signing ceremony hall

Total area: 209 m2
Location: Building А, level 5
Capacity: 15 seats, 3-seat panel area
Equipment: conference system, wireless microphones, simultaneous interpretation equipment, room for speakers, plasma screen, prompter monitor for the panel area, speaker platform, lighting equipment.

Cost: 45-minute slot: RUB 120,000 (including VAT)

The cost of reserving a room for press events includes:

  • - provision of the room’s special equipment for up to 45 minutes;

  • -provision of the following organizational and hosting services:

    • - preparation of the hall for the press event;

    • - managing the hall during the event;

    • - announcement of the event to Forum-accredited media:

      • - inclusion of the event in the press events programme;

      • - distribution of announcements about press events at information and services points;

      • - SMS notifications for Forum-accredited media;

    • - simultaneous interpreting into Russian and English.

Applications to hire rooms for press events will be accepted until 26 August 2022.

Signing ceremony point

Total area: 25 m2
Location: Building В, level 7
Capacity: 
2-seat panel area
Equipment: 
PA system, 2 wireless microphones, lighting equipment.

Cost: 15-minute slot*: RUB 180,000 (including VAT)

The cost of booking a signing ceremony point includes:

  • - exclusive access to a specially equipped signing ceremony point for up to 15 minutes*;

  • - protocol and administrative support for up to 3 signing ceremonies;

  • - provision of the following organizational and hosting services:

    • - setting up a signing ceremony point;

    • - managing the signing ceremony point during the event;

    • - announcement of the event to accredited media:

      • - inclusion of the event in the press events programme;

      • - distribution of announcements about press events at information and services points;

      • - SMS notifications for Forum-accredited media.

* If you would like to hold an event at a signing ceremony point, you must use our protocol and organizational support services. Please fill out an application to book a signing ceremony point and an application for protocol and organizational support services.

Interview room

Interview room

Total area: 106 m2
Location: press centre (Building G, level 4)
Equipment: 2 sofas, coffee table, 10 chairs, lighting equipment.

Cost: 45-minute slot: RUB 82,500 (including VAT)

The cost of reserving an interview room includes:

  • - provision of a specially equipped room with branded wall panels for up to 45 minutes.

Applications to hire interview lounges will be accepted until 26 August 2022.

Press points

Press points are designed for interaction between Forum official programme participants and the media.

Press points equipped with a PA system and lighting equipment.

Press points are provided free of charge.

Applications to hire press points will be accepted until 26 August 2022.

Protocol and organizational support

It will be possible to book the customary protocol and organizational support services for signing ceremonies and press conferences at any venue organized by the 2nd International Tiger Forum Organizing Committee at the Forum press centre for press events (press conferences, briefings, signing ceremonies, interviews and live media events).

Please ensure that you complete a separate application to request protocol and organizational support services.
